Old Wire Wheel CINEMA 4D March 2009
The picture shows my 3D model of a wire wheel, produced by Borani in Italy. In the 1950s most Ferraris and Maseratis were fitted with Borani rims. To keep the flexibility of aluminium, rim and spokes were not chromium plated.
I built the model some times ago in C4D. The tire profile is done with bump map.
